Competition Beach/Ocean Venue: Mamoura BeachThe Mamoura Beach is the selected beach for the beach and ocean competitions. Competition Pool Venue: Moubarak Swimming PoolThe Moubarak Military Swimming Pool is a full size Olympic pool with 10 lanes and a depth of 2 m all over, it has electronic timing (Omega) on both sides and adequate spectator seating (over 4,000). Training Venue: Alexandria Sport Club PoolsThe Alexandria Sport Club has two 50 m pools, one 50x25 m and one 50x20m pool. The pools are set in a very nice environment with the usual club facilities such as restaurants, shopping street, parking and adequate space around the pool. Both pools have a depth that is not in accordance with the ILS rules on one side, therefore they were selected as training pools. Read More |
